CONAL FLAHERTY

- Buying and other FAQ's

The hardest thing I guess is just that first hello, dropping me an e-mail or asking me a question. When you've read through the list do drop me an e-mail or telephone me. The idea is for me to work with you so that you get exactly what you want..

Question: I want to buy but I would prefer a print rather than a canvas.

Answer: It's really important to me that you get what you want, I'm happy to print on either canvas or archival paper, to suit you.

Question: If I wanted the work larger or smaller, could that be done?

Answer: Rolls of paper and canvas are mostly 42in and 44in wide. Prints can be any length. All the prints on canvas are laminated which means that the maximum for the shortest side is 34in.

Question: If I want to increase or decrease the size will this affect the price?

Answer: Yes it will, either up or down accordingly. Please e-mail me under the Contact Section to discuss your exact requirements.

Question: I want a print on paper, does this come mounted?

Answer: No, the print will come with a 1" white border, this will enable you to have the picture mounted and framed at your own expense and to your own tastes.

Question: Are the prints and canvas's signed by the artist?

Answer: If you wished me to sign the piece I would, I prefer to send you a Certificate of Assurance which is signed by me and gives full details about the work.

Question: How is payment arranged?

Answer: Everything is conducted via the website there are no extra costs to you. If you make an enquiry about a piece and decide to buy then I receive an e-mail giving me delivery details. Only when you are happy with the piece are the funds released to me.

I can also accept Telephone Sales, I would need the first line of address and the postcode of where the card is registered.

Question: How is the work delivered?

Answer: Canvas and Archival Prints delivered in the UK are flat packed, In most cases  I try to deliver myself. If the work is sent via a courier I will inform you when it has been posted.

If you live outside of the UK then Canvas's are sent rolled (allowing you to have them stretched and framed without damage). Prints on Archival Paper are sent both flat packed and rolled dependant on size.

Question: Do you undertake commissions?

Answer: I certainly do, If you don't see what you're looking for but you would like me to do a commission then get in touch via the contact link. We can discuss what you're looking for, preferred colours  and size and what you want it printed on. It's that simple, I'll even send you updates as to the work in progress.

Finally...Perhaps there's something that you're burning to ask? Please contact me and we can discuss exactly what you need. You know you can contact me via Twitter @Conalart.
